How payment works on Electronic First Shop
- Every product on the Shop is digital, so the moment your payment is confirmed your key or account details are released to your email and your order page. Card and wallet payments confirm instantly. Cryptocurrency confirms as soon as the network verifies the transaction, usually within a few minutes.
- We never see or store your full card number. Every payment is handled by the provider you choose, over an encrypted connection, and we receive only a confirmation that it went through.
- Retail prices are shown in USD. Wholesale orders can be paid in USD, EUR or GBP, with the currency selected on the Wholesale page.

- USDT is a stablecoin pegged one-to-one to the US dollar, so the amount you pay does not move with the crypto market between checkout and confirmation. It is the most popular crypto option on the Shop and the standard choice for wholesale orders. - BNB is the native coin of the BNB Smart Chain, known for fast confirmations and very low network fees. Because BNB is not a stablecoin its price can move, so the amount due is locked at checkout for a limited time. Send the full amount shown within that window and your order will be released once the chain confirms it.

Wholesale payment options
- Wholesale orders placed through the Wholesale page can be paid by USDT or bank transfer, in USD, EUR or GBP.
- Bank transfer carries no fee. Account details for USD, EUR and GBP are shown on your order confirmation. Keys are released once funds arrive, typically the same or next working day.
- USDT is fee-free and confirms within minutes, which makes it the fastest way to complete a wholesale order.

Having trouble paying?
- If a payment is declined, check with your card issuer first, as most declines are triggered by the bank rather than by us. If a crypto payment has not been recognised after 30 minutes, contact support with your order number and the transaction hash and we will locate it.
