Yes. Every key we sell is an authentic Microsoft licence sourced through legitimate channels. Keys activate directly with Microsoft, receive updates as normal, and are covered by our money-back guarantee if they fail to activate.

Most orders are delivered instantly once payment clears, and almost all within 10 minutes. Your key is emailed to you and is also available in your Shop account.

Card and PayPal payments clear immediately. Cryptocurrency payments are delivered once the transaction is confirmed on the network, which usually takes a few minutes. Occasionally we ask for a quick verification on a first order, which can add a short delay.

No. Unless the product page says otherwise, keys do not expire and can be activated whenever you are ready.

That said, we recommend activating soon after purchase. Our money-back guarantee covers activation problems, and it is much easier to help you while the order is recent.

A Retail key can be moved to a new computer if you replace or upgrade your machine. Deactivate it on the old PC and activate it on the new one.

An OEM key is tied to the first computer it is activated on and cannot be transferred. OEM keys are cheaper for that reason and are ideal if you are not planning to change hardware.

Both types are full, permanent licences with no subscription.

Each product page states how many devices the licence covers. A "1 PC" key activates one computer. A "5 PC" key activates up to five. Once a key has been used on its allowed number of devices it cannot be activated again elsewhere.

All Windows and Office keys sold on Electronic First Shop are one-time purchases. There is no subscription, no renewal and no recurring charge. Pay once and the licence is yours.

The only exception is any product clearly labelled as a subscription, such as Microsoft 365, where the term is shown on the product page.

A Steam Preloaded Account is a ready-made Steam account that already has the game purchased and added to its library. Instead of a key to redeem, you receive the account login details and can install and play immediately.

Once delivered, we recommend changing the password and adding your own email so the account is fully yours. Full instructions are included with every order.

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and a range of cryptocurrencies including USDT, USDC and BNB. Wholesale orders can also be paid by bank transfer or PayPal invoice.

Yes, you can ask us to close your account at any time by contacting support. Before you do, please save any keys you still need. Your account holds your full order history and is the easiest way to retrieve a key later on.
