Bulk Windows and Office licence keys

Every licence is sourced from authorised distributors and verified by our team before release. Electronic First has traded since 2007 as a digital licence retailer, not a Microsoft Volume Licensing partner. You do not receive a Microsoft volume agreement or an entry in the Microsoft licensing portal under your organisation's name, so if your compliance policy requires that, this is not the right supply route for you. If a client of yours needs evidence of licence origin for a specific SKU, ask us before you order it.

Contact support with the order reference and the activation error. Support runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, on +1 (833) 475-0309. We send a replacement key from stock first, and refund the order if the key cannot be replaced. SKUs labelled Telephone Activation need a short automated call to Microsoft to finish activating, so allow for that when you are provisioning a large batch in one sitting.

There is no minimum order, and any quantity can be bought at the price shown on the product page. Volume discounts start at quantity 10, and the price list applies the lower unit price automatically. If you need several hundred units of one SKU, ask us first and we will confirm stock before you pay.

Three ways: USDT, bank transfer in USD, EUR E GBP, or a PayPal invoice raised in USD. A PayPal fee (5%) is added to PayPal invoice orders; bank transfer and USDT carry no fee. Bank account details are sent with your order confirmation rather than published on this page, which is standard practice against invoice-redirection fraud. Every order is prepaid, so there are no credit or net payment terms. Licences are released once payment is confirmed against your order reference.

Faulty or incompatible keys are replaced first, from stock, and the replacement is recorded against your order. If we cannot replace a key, you get your money back under our money-back guarantee. Refund windows and exclusions are set out on our Return and Refund Policy page, and that page takes precedence over this summary.

A Steam preloaded account is a new Steam account with the game already installed, not a key you redeem on an account you own. Refunds and returns are not available once Family Sharing has been disabled, once playtime passes 1 hour, or if the account is banned or locked. Bans and locks commonly follow attaching the account to an existing Activision account, adding wallet funds, or changing the account country. If the wrong item was ordered, eligibility is assessed case by case, so test one account before you distribute a batch.

We do not block buyers by country, but region is a property of the licence rather than the buyer. Each product page states whether the licence is Global or tied to a region such as EU, US or MENA. A region-restricted licence sold into the wrong territory will fail activation, so check the region before you commit a quantity. If you are provisioning across more than one country, send us the country split and we will confirm which products cover it before you order.

Every order produces an order record in your account listing each key, its product and its delivery time. That record stays available for reordering and for support. If your finance team needs a specific document format, ask before you order rather than after payment clears.
